At Cabana Magazine, we want you to be delighted with your artisanal home decor; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Cabana box with all protective fillers to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
